We are currently revising all of our training materials to ensure that they remain current. We have also created an e-learning environment for our learners which they can access 24/7.
You asked us to deliver more funded training opportunities outside of the North East.
We secured Train to Gain contracts with the SFA allowing us to offer funded training solutions throughout England.
You asked us to more flexible with our assessment and meeting times so that we could cover "out of hours" work and night shifts, etc.
We now offer "out of hours" assessments and meetings, ensuring that we remain fully flexible to your operational timescales.
