Cablecom provide the following Management and Customer Service courses:
Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management
This course if for those working in first line management, supervisory roles or as team leaders. It covers subjects such as managing your own resources and professional development, providing leadership in your area of responsibility, allocating and monitoring the progress and quality of work in your area of responsibility and ensuring health and safety requirements are met in your area of responsibility. Other optional units will be a part of the course.
NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service [4430-02]
This qualification is for anyone who works in a customer focused environment and is aimed at anyone who wishes to deliver continuous improvement in service to achieve customer satisfaction. It focuses on problem solving, developing good customer service and supporting new improvements in customer service.
All courses will take place, subject to sufficient learner numbers.
