Learners who responded to Cablecom’s advertising campaign to gain the latest qualifications in Telecommunications and enhance their employability prospects in one of the fastest growing areas of employment in the UK, celebrated their hard work and success with the presentation of their certificates. Certificates were presented by Cablecom’s Telecommunications Director, Mr. Sean Ratchford. Over 15 weeks the groups have worked in Cablecom’s custom built workshops and practiced their new skills under the tutelage of telecommunications experts, honed their IT skills, learned what it takes to give excellent customer service and compile a CV that really gets noticed! The tally of certificates to add to new CV’s includes: BTEC Diploma in Professional Competence for IT & Telecoms Professionals, City & Guilds Award in Communications Cabling, Safety Passport, IT Skills, Employability Skills, Presenting a Professional Image and giving good Customer Service.
