On Monday 16th May, 7 apprentices commenced employment with MAP Group UK and began their new and exciting learning journey in the telecommunications industry. The apprentices were recruited from the Birmingham area and will learn new skills by working alongside experienced telecoms engineers in the region. As part of their induction programme, apprentices were introduced to their telecoms qualifications, the Apprenticeship Framework, Employee Rights & Responsibilities and key aspects of the newly introduced Equality Act.
