CableCom is now approved under the MOD ELC Scheme and provides training and qualifications at Levels 3 & 4. This compliments the Level 2 provisions for Telecommunications and Electronic Security, offered for Career Transition Partnership. Many of these innovative programmes are substantially enriched with complimentary, additional training and certification; including Air Blown Fibre, Communications Cabling and much more!

This course provides delegates with the knowledge and skills and practical experience required to install, test and maintain broadband services transmitted via copper coax cable terminated in residential dwellings.
Copper & Fibre Networking
A focus on developing skills for a range of datacomms systems, including CCTV, Security, industrial process control and sensor applications for both residential and commercial environments.
Electronic Security and Emergency System Installation
A focus on knowledge and skills to become a Security Systems Engineer in a variety of sectors including: Intruder Alarm systems, CCTV systems, Access Control or Fire Detection and alarm systems.
NVQ Level 2 Providing Security, Emergency & Alarm Systems
A practical, hands-on approach giving you knowledge and skills in the following occupational areas: Access control systems, Intruder alarm systems, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Fire detection and alarm systems.
Level 2 Award Knowledge of Electronic Security & Emergency Systems [1853-02]
A practical, hands-on approach giving you knowledge and skills in the following occupational areas: Access control systems, Intruder alarm systems, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Fire detection and alarm systems.
Streetwork Excavations and Reinstatement
This course is designed to raise awareness of the dangers involved in excavating on public highways and private land and train operatives to detect and avoid most buried apparatus.
ELCAS Qualifications
ELCAS Levels 3 and 4
