Electronic Secury & Emergency System Installation

A focus on knowledge and skills to become a Security Systems Engineer in a variety of sectors including: Intruder Alarm systems, CCTV systems, Access Control or Fire Detection and alarm systems.

Qualifications:

Level 2 Certificate in Knowledge of Electronic Security & Emergency Systems
Level 2 NVQ for Providing Security, Emergency & Alarm Systems
These are theoretical & practical hands on qualifications which will give you the knowledge and skills you require to become a Security Systems Engineer in either of the following occupational areas:
- Access control systems
- Intruder alarm systems
- Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems
- Fire detection and alarm systems

Progression

Learners can progress onto the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations, Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Providing Security Emergency and Alarm Systems & the Level 3 Certificate in Knowledge of Security and Emergency Alarm Systems.
